I visited this restaurant last week, and unfortunately, my order was messed up. When I went back just a few minutes later, they were already turning away customers because their system was down. The way they interacted with customers was quite rude. The wait times are consistently long, and today I spent about 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When it was finally my turn to order, they were turning away more customers, stating they were closing and had taken their last orders, and this was at 8:34 PM! They don't offer anything to compensate for the long wait, and it would have been helpful if someone had been outside or if there had been a sign posted to inform customers that they were closing early—this way, people wouldn’t be left waiting for 20 minutes. Overall, the customer service is terrible. They frequently mess up orders and are always turning people away. You’ve lost my business for good.

The staff was quite rude when interacting with customers. It's often a long wait here. Today, I sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes, and just as it was my turn to order, they abruptly said they were closing and taking their last orders at 8:34 PM. They didn’t offer any customers a way to wait for service, nor did they have a sign outside indicating they were closing early, which would have prevented people from waiting unnecessarily. The customer service is terrible; they frequently misunderstand orders and keep messing them up. I won't be giving them my business again.
I really enjoy dining at the Wendy's in Three Rivers! The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious!
