Nawras Authentic Seafood - Thrikkakara

Very tasty food, and they are priced at lowest price possible.

It 's a good place for having North Indian dishes etc that 's my opinion

We went to this restaurant after seeing the trip advisor rating. However the service was pathetic. They served wrong orders after taking 1 hour time. The so called manager was himself cooking and taking payments from the customers. They added many items which we did not order (fake billing). Later when I objected then they removed the items from the bill. He was rude to us as we questioned their integrity. People coming from other states better to avoid this place as they treat you differently as compare to local people. The so called manager swiped my card and left the counter in 2 seconds. He forgot the crude fact that he is running this business just because of tourists like us coming from different parts of India and abroad. His rude behavior was disheartening as he was yelling in Malayalam to his staff in front of us and also did not realize what he did with us. There are many other seafood restaurants in Cochin so better avoid this place.

Went to this restaurant for dinner with family 2 couples) with family. First impression was not good with dirt floors.. Interiors old fashioned resturant i liked the walls though) Fishes on fish bar was not that fresh even though it was generouly covered with ice. Price of seafood platter that serves for 2 seems to be high. Veg soup was misplaced by non veg and staff seems to be disturbed when ask to change. Fish fingers starters were not upto mark too. We were disppointed since we heard Nawaras was famous for the seafood : .. Something missing in this resturant! Hope they can improve , correct the missing elements and attract more guests in future.

Had been to this sea food restaurant for lunch with family ordered there signature Seafood Thali and a couple of other dishes. Firstly the order taker was in no mood to either take orders or even speak politely and after a long waiting of more than 1 hour the food was served with some main order missing the said order was served but after finishing our lunch..and ofcourse no apology or courtesy smile..and also we were not served any welcome drinks as mentioned by someone earlier.
