Very good. I went to Killeen and Throckmorton was on my way. I didn't know where to eat, and my brother saw places in the area and Fowler's restaurant and cafe appeared. So, we stopped and I'm glad we did. A hole in the wall. Very friendly restaurant. I think family owned and operated. Everything is homemade and very good. My brother and I had the Blazing Saddle ( chicken fried steak with queen, grilled onions, jalapenos and chopped bacon on top with garlic parmesan fries) and my mother had a hamburger and onion rings. We enjoyed it and definitely a hot spot next time we are there. I recommend them if you're ever on the way.

I stopped for lunch while passing through town and had a great experience. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
