Restaurant Falken - Thun

We stumbled upon this place while looking for an authentic Swiss restaurant. (It's amazing how many Italian, Thai and burger places there are in Switzerland ) The wait staff was very kind to us with our very limited German and their limited English. Our meals were delicious and the tab was quite reasonable for Switzerland. Very happy we found the Falken.

The restaurant falking in the malice is one of the few local, which offers various menus for the small and the big hunger. on Saturday evening, after the closing in the pedestrian zone of thun, we enjoyed an excellent sponge on fine cream sauce with champignons, mushrooms and morcheln, served with butternüdeli and cream peach. half the portion was significantly more affordable and was best suited to the small hunger. the service was very accommodating and speditiw. from the rustic valley you have a soothing look at the outer aare.

We (6 people) were welcomed on Saturday evening (without reservation). a beautiful table, right at the window with view of the aare was assigned to us. we have been pampered with fine fairy-seeds. very good service. eating in the restaurant falken makes fun and in the circle good friends around so more. we like to come back.

Really good food. They have a small choice on the menu, but at least they have god beer Reservation is needed especially during the week ends.
