Feedback gevenWhen I pay almost $5.00 for 6 onion rings I want them hot out of the fryer and not sitting under the heat lamp since the last order. I specifically told the cashier (twice I would wait for fresh onion rings.. She did attempt to tell the cook (not sure if he didn't hear her or... , I then watched through the serving window scoop up and dish out rings from the heating tray. As they slid them down and she was about to package them up, I re-itrated that I wanted (fresh ...he then went an put onion rings in the fryer. Some may think..what's the big deal..the big deal is if the customer makes a request and states they are willing to wait longer for a freshly produced product, that is what they should receive
Went to A&W on Memorial. Have been twice before. The first time was last year since in about 20 years. It was one of the best and juiciest burger I ever had in a long time. And like the fact the beef is steroid and hormone free. My place I can trust for an excellent burger
This didn't happen once but 3 times, over 20 ppl waiting inside and 15 cars backed up in the drivethru, and the new staff are confused beyond confused. Serving people right away that just came in and making overs wait for 45 mins. Mixing up orders and once you get food its cold. This place used to be good with the old staff now its horrible, it was a 3 ring circus the other day, over 30 ppl waiting inside and some ppl waiting up to 50 mins for their orders.
Had the teen burger meal with my son. Great burger as always, but today service was slow. Nice frosted mug for root beer. Usually only visit with coupons that have terrific value compared to regular prices. A&W is one my favourite fast food restaurants and this one doesn't disappoint.
The customer service representative did not seem to understand a special that was happening and could not explain it to us. His knowledge of English was poor which contributed to stressful conversation. He seemed to get angry when I could not understand his knowledge of what he was saying. Another lady rep took over and explained it. There was absolutely no one else in the restaurant yet it took forever to get our food. An item was missing and the lady customer rep ordered us to sit down and that she would bring it, but we wanted to wait for our full order. We asked for extra sauce and it took them another long time to do this. I tried to ask the original man who took our order if he could bring the sauce to us, but he avoided looking at me or answering me. He intimated it was not his job to do this, yet he was only sweeping the floor and the restaurant was still empty. I have never had such a bad experience in an A W. This whole customer service team needs disclipinary action and more training. My friend said she would never go back there and was going to tell the whole Senior community about this poor customer service and aloof attitude of the staff. This happened yesterday, May 20th, 2019
