Mcdonald's - Thunder Bay

Terrible experience; it's honestly the worst. Don't waste your money here.

I experienced an extremely long wait at the drive-thru. The staff seemed unorganized and not in their designated positions. To top it off, I received the wrong food in my order. I won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

McDonald's is a convenient option for grabbing a quick bite, and I don't expect everything to be perfect during every visit. However, this is the second time I've ordered a double hamburger only to receive a single patty without the toppings I requested. Additionally, I've noticed that customers are often asked to leave the drive-thru window and park to wait for their food, even when there’s no one behind them. Another issue is that the fries are cold by the time the food arrives. The fry containers may look full at first, but once you squeeze the packaging, it quickly becomes clear that they’re only three-quarters full. Do potatoes really cost that much that they can't fill the fry containers?

Worst service ever. Waited 20mins for a junior chicken sandwich in Drive thru. Still ended up getting the cold sandwich when they clearly told me to wait for the fresh junior.

This McDonald's location can never get orders even remotely right, nor do they even care! Very rude drive thru! Do yourself a favor and go to Arbys or A&W!
