I would have given zero but Google doesn't allow that. never coming to this place now poor management poor staff poor customer service they really need to fire this kinda staff and for god sake hire new people with good manners
Horrible staff. Seemed they really don’t want to help and acted with lots of attitudes.Long waiting times and most of the time mixed orders.If I could give 0 to service i would.
I ordered a small French Vanilla Cap. only to find out it went up .40 cents a cup. I asked when did that happen? only to be snapped at by the young employee yesterday . to me that is robbery.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered some food but they said no food AT ALL meanwhile it was only 6:15pm. Freaking purchasing 2 cups of ice coffee and got yelled at.
The cups have been tampered the manager should look into this the cups have been looked at who ever the manager is I suggest you look into who is doing it’s not fair to the customer who might win a prize
