Tgi Fridays - Thurrock

The staff were courteous and inviting, the food was excellent and arrived promptly. The drinks were also delicious and the staff were friendly. A lovely spot for brunch!

We travelled two hours to visit family in Essex, my sister booked our table of 6. Bar staff made an error and when talking to the male he said no didnt make an error. He consistently argued back resulting in me asking to see the manager. Manager Ros came over. I explained what had happened, she immediately sorted it and spoke to the bar man. She then took money off our bill and gave me a mini bottle of prosecco, wishing me a happy birthday. Ros there needs to be more mangers like yourself!! You are a wonderful woman, even taking the time to talk to us about where we live and thanking us for coming to TGI's you made our visit a great one.

Went for family meal for my 30th our waiter Ben was so helpful really good service and got all our orders and making sure all our drinks were full

We made a reservation at the Lakeside Retail Park restaurant and arrived without prior notice that it was our son's birthday. Julie greeted us warmly at the front door and Summer, who took our order, was extremely friendly and smiled throughout our meal. Mark checked on us frequently to make sure we were satisfied and offered anything else we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with beautifully decorated birthday balloons. I would give the service at this TGi's a perfect score of 100%. We were so happy we chose to celebrate our son's birthday dinner there.

This restaurant is perfect for a family meal. The kids adored the decorations. We enjoyed a delicious meal and received excellent service from Gemma, which truly made our day.
