Auberge des Lacs - Thyez

We enjoyed a fabulous meal here a couple of weeks ago. The staff were friendly and professional, the food was wonderful - each dish arrived on time, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We hadn't expected to find a restaurant like this in a small, out-of-the-way town like Thyez so it was a lovely surprise.

Having arrived later than planned at our hotel on our way back from Tuscany, we were expecting to eat at McDonalds and instead had the best meal of our stay. A modern restaurant full of locals at 10pm. Local French food done very very well and served fast with a smile. Highly recommended.
