El Parralito Cantina Tex Mex - Tías

Once again I’m writing about this restaurant it is truly amazing went there twice on my First night and my last night when we got there the second night there was a que but we weren’t waiting long that’s how good it is service was great and very friendly it was amazing recommend it so much cocktails where wonderful meals delicious and for the deserts look at my photos

Visited on our first night of our week in Lanzarote, little disappointed. The grumpy over middle aged waitress didnt set the scene well but in general food wasnt very authentic mexican. It wasnt a good start!

We came here last year and had a good meal so as soon as it reopened we booked a table it's a really nice restaurant great setting/atmosphere unfortunately the food wasn't all that we shared a €27.95 Mexican platter for two fajitas burritos etc and it was sadly a bit disappointing no dips sour cream our guacamole to accompany the rice and beans and the rest was just bland needed a lot more spice and a dip of some description shame....

Popped in with family, and there’s a decent selection of food. We ordered the littlun a dish from the kids menu, which was described at fish slices, but it was the cheapest floor scrapings in a bread crumb. They were kind enough not to charge us, and she opted for the fillet steak instead. It came rare as requested, and was a decent cut. The wife had mushroom sauce with her steak, which tasted of raw flour. Basic mistake. I had a mix grill: more like mixed jerk. As everything was overdone. The mother-in-law had the chilli. That was really good. Smokey, perfect heat, and a decent portion. So I’m left confused on how certain things were nailed to a decent standard, and others not. Some quality control at the pass wouldn’t go amiss. However, our biggest gripe was a couple of the waitresses. Plonking the food on the table without asking who ordered what: not even stopping their stride. Not great practices for pursuing a tip or two. The manger was great though. In a nutshell, there’s a string of restaurants up down the front. I wouldn’t urge that this is tried first.

We can for Breakfast. Was OK, the plates came out with some items missing and we didn't get our drinks. But food edible and cheap.
