Playa - Tías

Sitio espectacular, comida calidad precio perfecta. Segundo día allí y salimos encantados con todo Lo mejor el servicio del camarero loris, agradable, amable y súper majo. Como sitio espectacular alado de la playa y un sitio muy bueno para saltar desde allí al mar. Volveremos seguro. Gracias por tratar a la gente así de bien.

Had dinner in Bar Playa on Sunday night (24/3/24) Having visited Bar Playa many times years ago and had some pretty average food, I was recommended dinner there and wasn't disappointed. From the moment I stepped in the restaurant, I could tell it was going to be a different experience than I'd previously had years before. Wonderful waiters taking our order, very friendly and knowledgeable. The menu itself is full of wonderful seafood dishes. A seafood lovers paradise. We both had fish soup for starters, plenty of fresh fish in it and seasoned perfectly, delicious. Main courses we both had the grilled fresh Sea Bass, again perfect, so soft and succulent, grilled with just a hint of char, just how we like it. All the food was cooked to perfection. We didn't have dessert, the main course and the starter were big portions, too full to fit one in but I must say the desserts did look good. Will definitely be returning to Bar Playa, maybe even for tapas at lunchtime, they have an extensive range on the menu and what a lovely spot right on the waters edge to have lunch.

Absolute diamond of a find! All the gentlemen that worked there were welcoming and made the experience all the better. Rustic place with unbelievable views and we were delighted that we stumbled across it. The octopus was the best I ever tasted and the Advocado and prawns were sensational. The portions are large so we couldn’t eat more sadly and the dishes we had were from the starter menu. We were only in lanzerote for 3 days or we would have returned. If you’re looking for an authentic experience then you would not be disappointed. They had a nice wine selection too. From the moment the waiter greeted us with a smile we knew it would be great even if the food wasn’t fabulous but I am compelled to say the food was sensational. We spent a few hours having leisurely food and drinks and enjoyed the views. 11/10

Gorgeous place to sit in the sun, enjoy good food and wine. It’s a decent menu, but we opted for the prawns in garlic oil and a tuna salad. All excellent, washed down by a bottle of Vina Sol at a decent price.

We had lunch almost always in this small place in front of the sea for a week, between an immersion and the other! has become one of our favorite places, for the location but especially for the super fish dishes just fished. those who commented negatively the staff probably stopped at the first appearance, because all the waiters were fantastic and very nice with us as soon as we entered in confidence. We're sorry to leave!
