Cook Out - Tifton

I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla and a Strawberry Milkshake, and I have to say that both the service and the food were exceptional.

The cookout was absolutely fantastic, and the service was excellent. I left feeling completely satisfied, and the food was incredibly delicious!

When I tried to order a large drink, she repeatedly handed me the same cup. Eventually, I pointed to the cup I wanted, and she informed me that it was called a "huge." I clearly didn’t know, so why couldn’t she have just helped me instead of being rude? When our food finally arrived, the two hamburger quesadillas we ordered had hardly any meat in them—probably less than half a patty each. The cheeseburgers we ordered were also incorrectly made; they were missing ingredients and served cold. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I mention this specific location because I had a much better experience at one in Kentucky, where the staff was incredibly friendly.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I walked in and waited about five minutes just for the server to take my order. She walked past me twice—first to fill her soda cup and then to set it down—despite me being the only customer inside. The tables were unclean, and the seats were sticky. I ordered two sides with my tray, but all I received were three tiny onion rings. The coleslaw had no flavor at all. It felt like the employees were more focused on taking breaks (and they took about three during my visit) than on serving customers.

The food was served hot and fresh. The portion sizes are generous for the price, and I absolutely loved the shake!
