Update: I was contacted promptly by the owner, and a refund is in progress. She was sincere and apologetic about the issue. I genuinely appreciate the response; I just wish it had come sooner.

It was just what we needed—customization and quick service. The dough piece that came with the kids' pizza kept them engaged, busy, productive, and happy. They didn't even ask for a tablet! Such a fantastic idea.

This restaurant was excellent in accommodating my gluten allergy (specifically, celiac disease). They took the time to prepare my pizza in the back, away from the usual preparation area, and made sure to change their gloves. I really appreciated that attention to detail. My only criticism is that the staff appeared a bit disorganized and somewhat scatterbrained. However, they were quite busy, which could explain some of this.

I really wish I could give a better rating, but my experience today was disorganized once again. The food is good when it arrives and is prepared correctly. However, the main issue is that there doesn’t seem to be anyone in charge. They hire very friendly but inexperienced staff, and there’s often no one overseeing the operation. I highly advise against ordering online, as it only adds to the confusion. I won't go into the specifics of today’s issues, as they're too convoluted to explain clearly, but the bottom line is that nothing was handled properly, including sanitation practices. Unless I hear that improvements have been made, this will be my final visit.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed by the pizza—it was outstanding! The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating. Nowadays, restaurant employees often don't receive the recognition they deserve and have to handle tough customers. It was truly enjoyable to savor such delicious pizza served by such a wonderful team. I highly recommend you give them a try. I apologize for the half-eaten pizza in the picture; we just couldn’t wait to dig in! You'll definitely enjoy watching them prepare the pizza right before your eyes, as well as seeing the oven they use.
