Hardee's - Timberville

My husband wentto inside at Timberville, Va. Approx. 5.30 or so. NO RECEIPT GIVEN . BUTONLY PROBLEM WHEN GETTING HOME AFTER LONG DAY AT HARD CONSTRU TION WORK WAS ONE FISH SANDWICH OF TWO WAS HALVED!!!!! SUPPOSE TO BE TWIO FOR 6$. PLUS WE BOUGHT A MONSTER BURGER AND RANCH CHICKEN WRAP. THIS IS ABOUT THE 5TH TIME--THOUGH SMALLER ISSUE OF BAD SERVICE. THEY USED TO BE GREAT TWO YEARS AGO! GREAT FRIED CHICKEN AND BURGERS. NOW CHANGEOVER OF YOUTH PERSONNEL HAS PROVEN DISASTEROUS!! THEY MAKE GREAT MONEY BUT TERRIBLE IN MOST OF THEIR TRAINING AND MAINLY IT IS POOR APTITUDE, POOR PARENTAL GUIDANCE IN SOME OF THEIR WORKING MOTIVES AND YET SOME HAVE GREAT INTUITIVENESS AND BASICALLY GO-GETUM!! I APPRECIATE A HARDWORKER! BUT COOKS AND SERVERS MUST ALL GIVE THEIR ALL! WE ALL WORK OUR TAILS OFF TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD EATING OUT ONCE A WEEK!!! SO DO NOT SPOIL WHAT LITTLE CERTAIN GOVERNMENT HAS RUINED THE PAST ELECTION! FOOD IS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE THANKS TO YOU KNOW WHO BUT GOD HELP US HAVE A DECENT MEAL OUT ONCE IN A WHILE!! THANK YOU GOOD HARDWORKING PEOPLE!

Food is cold and not fresh. After three visits, will not be returning.

Cheeseburger buns was sliding against the burger as I was eating it. Don't know what caused it, never ran into this before. Place was not clean. All garbage cans had bags removed with none replaced. Like they were in the middle of replacing them but took a break.

Slow service, not friendly, trough fries away they were so bad

Staff is as warm and comforting as their homemade, fresh buttermilk biscuits. Food is great- worth the wait because its always fresh and hot. Chicken tenders are made to order. Sweet tea is best around.
