Mother's North Grille - Timonium

Service was great with delicious food. The bison burger was very good.

Stopped in on our way back home to PA. We had the pork belly appetizer and it was the perfect amount for two of us! The bison burger was amazing and cooked perfectly, and the seasoning on it was stellar. Definitely would make the stop again either heading down south or coming back home from the south. Wish I had more food like this up at home!

I recently dined at Mother's Grille in Timonium and found the experience to be a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the food was enjoyable, and our server, Ariel, provided excellent service, enhancing our overall dining experience. However, there was a significant downside. Upon receiving the bill, I discovered an unexpected surcharge for using a credit card. This information was not clearly communicated beforehand, as it was only posted near the hostess stand or somewhere on the menu—places easily overlooked by most customers. Had I known about this surcharge in advance, I would have opted to bring cash to avoid the additional fee. This lack of transparency was disappointing and has impacted my decision to return. Clear communication regarding payment policies is crucial, and unfortunately, Mother's Grille fell short in this regard.
