Jumbo Crab - Tinley Park

The sauce they use for the seafood bag is extremely watery and has no taste. It is very pepper heavy and it extremely lowers the sauce so that it is very evil. We asked for a thicker sauce, and the waiter said we should have been seasoning for me, but we had never sung at Jumbo-Kreb. We got more sauce, but it wasn't so thick and still tasted very nasty pepper. I wouldn't recommend it!

I would give this restaurant 4.5 stars. We went for lunch and were the only ones there. The food arrived promptly. The waiter was polite, but not very attentive considering we were the only customers (we were a group of 8). When we noticed that our order was missing corn, they quickly brought some over, even giving us extra with a smile. The seafood dishes were delicious, and even those who didn't order seafood were pleased with their choices (the fried shrimp was huge and they loved the fries so much that they ordered seconds). The restaurant was clean with a nice touch of a washing station outside the restrooms. The crab theme was sweet and there were some great photo opportunities for social media. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Fast service, not overly crowded for a Saturday night, and the food was outstanding. Plus, the prices were reasonable. I believe I have discovered a new favorite spot.

The waiter was very friendly. The fish basket had a large piece cut into four pieces that were thick and crispy. The red potatoes and corn on the cob were delicious, but for the price, there was no fish included. I paid $25 for 3 small red potatoes and an ear of corn. The dish should definitely include fish for that price.

When I first arrived, I was kind of confused because no one was in the establishment. But after reading the review and the recommendation from a friend, I decided to dine in, and I am glad I did. The food was excellent. After I was there for a while, other customers came so it wasn?t so empty after that.
