Feedback gevenOnly leaving a review because this location needs serious improvement. I would have given up on this Dunkin a long time ago if it wasn't the most conveniently-located one on my way to work. They frequently confuse orders (iced instead of hot, sometimesthe wrong item completely) or sometimes don't make an item at all. This morning I ordered the new mini pancakes along with thehashbrowns. I got two orders of hashbrowns, no pancakes. I never have time to say anything while I'm at the store or change myorder because I'm picking up a to-go order and then driving to work. I would love if this was one of the Good Dunkins in thearea, but unfortunately it's one of the Bad Dunkins due to the inconsistency.
Usually this place is very good, there are three girls that are there every morning during the week and they are wonderful accommodating and very friendly. But they must be on vacation or working a different shift this week and last week because themorning shift filling in are not very friendly do not get the order correct which unfortunately makes you think twice aboutgoing back tomorrow
Charlotte Duncan was very kind and personable. Although nothing over the top, her demeanor would definitely make me want to return to this restaurant.
There were new staff members working who were unfamiliar with my food preferences, so my wrap was not made correctly.
The restaurant has made significant improvements over the last six months.
