L.a Hills Pizzeria - TINY

I came in with two friends on a Friday night and the place was pretty packed.

Gord and I had a late lunch this afternoon at Firehall Pizza Co. I love love love pizza so since I was in a pizza restaurant, I ordered a Meat Head pizza.

Gotta say, that was some legit awesome pizza. I had The Porker (pulled pork, pineapple, bbq sauce, with a custom addition of hot peppers) and seriously

While staying at a nearby cottage, we phoned in our order. The Lafontaine Pizza was very good, with the grated potatoes and zucchini. Also the pepperoni, mushroom and green olive version was also great. The pizza chef was friendly to us and our group enjoyed the three pizzas we bought. Don't be turned off by the fact that the pizzeria is in a gas station. They make wonderful pizza!

If there were a negative rating available, I would give it. The owners of this restaurant are terrible and the food is ridiculously expensive. Like many others, I stopped going due to the owner's extreme rudeness. He has an attitude and arrogance like I have never seen before. Perhaps it's because he is the only one selling pizza and Indian food in the area? Shockingly rude to his customers. My daughter went there today for the first time without knowing about my experience. The owner was very rude when taking her order and then served her a burnt pizza (and mine was burnt too). When she politely pointed it out and asked for a replacement or refund, he refused to do either. He told her to call customer service at Esso to complain, but didn't provide the number and walked away. She waited for him to return and reminded him that he is the owner of La Hills Pizza and capable of replacing or refunding. He still refused and insisted she take the so-called number to file a complaint. He threatened to call the police (for no apparent reason). He eventually gave her a fake number. I called the owner myself to inquire and he hung up on me. When I called back, he claimed the owner wasn't there (even though he clearly was) and pretended not to hear me.
