Schaffter Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli serves for the past 130 years in education and social work. This is a light house of twin city of Tirunelveli and Palayamkottai. The main school (main block is situated in S.N. High road, Tirunelveli, the western block is in Azath road (Kutralam road and eastern block is near vakaiyadi corner, opposite to State Bank Of India, Town, Tirunelveli. One elementary school is in Azath road (Kutralam road and another near western branch opposite to State Bank of India, Town, Tirunelveli. English elemntary school is in Main block.

That is very strict school. every school class. this school teaching in the regular discipline. the mistake teachers of each student are severely punished. this school is good to play. this school place is useful for football, basketball, volleyball kabbadi, Etc.finnally school environment good. I loved and miss this school.
