If you have a craving for fried chicken KFC is a good option for that. The location is easily accessible. The area has great transportation facilities. The restaurant consists of ground floor only. The sitting arrangement is good. Well decorated and hygiene is also well maintained. Food items are good. Specially I will go for combos. The chicken wings are so tasty.

Service quality Is too good… Chicken wings are really tasty and good Value for money

It's a very old place but the place is not descent. They don't switch on the AC, they give freedom for the smokers to smoke in the bar and the whole place gets smoky, which makes the place uncomfortable. They don't cook most of the food items mentioned in the menu, they have a very low quality of mixtures which they serve as complementary with hard drinks. They save the electricity by keeping the AC in off mode and at the same time they have an excuse that they are allowing the freedom of smoking so they are keeping the airconditioner off, whereas they are taking tax from the innocent customers. Worst place to be. Below standard.

Burger was really good and crispy fried chicken tastes good and is was soooo juicy, The flavour of chicken was maintained. But peri peri chicken was not so good, It was dry and the peri peri spice they used was more than sufficient and that's why the test was ruined. We ordered two pepsis but one of the staff asked us that they cannot serve two pepsis so they told us to take one Pepsi and one mirinda. We agreed. Cleanliness was not maintained, kfc authority should look into the matter. Most important, internal atmosphere of the outlet was so warm, and they air conditioning system was not so good. Staff behaviour was good, hand wash was available and bathroom was clean. Overall moderate experience. Expectations was high but it was an okay type experience.
