Lovely lage, courteous and professional service. we opted for the four-course degotation menu, great choice! the chef proposed and presented delicious dishes in person and treated in detail. excellent raw materials, combinations of pumped and tasty, great creativity. marvelous and delicious the sweet tribute to the Roman aqueduct anio novus. the farmhouse anio novus is a magical place where you can enjoy a kitchen that will surely leave you strong emotions.

Locale meraviglioso incastonato in un luogo incantevole nel contesto storico dell’acquedotto romano. tutte le 6 portate del menu degustazione sono state a dir poco eccellenti e presentate in veste gourmet dallo chef. encomiabile l’antipasto e senza alcun dubbio impareggiabile il dolce ¿noi abbiamo preso il tortino all mele con crema e cannella, sublime. personale di sala cortese e molto professionale. da tornarci sicuramente in altre Randi. super consigliato! ottimo!

A due passi dal casello di Castel Madama, a ridosso dell'acquedotto Romano, oggi abbiamo scoperto una perla sia come posto che come cucina. Piatti raffinati e di buon gusto immersi in storia e natura. Ci tornererò sicuramente!!
