We had dinner c/o the Borghetto one evening of September during a short holiday in Tivoli, choosing it among the various possibilities of the historical center also because ' proposed 'arrosticini non stop '. We were very pleased with the choice. Before the roasts we ate an appetizer (discreet) and a first plate of handmade ravioli really good. Congratulations to those who prepare fresh homemade pasta !!! Roasters were very good, cooked according to our demands (well cooked). To note the kindness of the waiter, Alessio, very helpful and ready to suggestions in case of uncertainty in the choice. Appropriate account. The next night we wanted to go back, but unfortunately it was closing time. If we happen to go back to Tivoli we'll definitely go eat in this restaurant.
Non-stop roast menu with first. Excellent appetizer, cacio and pepper and Amatriciana were very good, and what about the excellent and dotted roasts. Efficient and friendly staff.
