Papa Johns Pizza - Toccoa

After waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery, I received the wrong pizza. When I contacted the restaurant, the first call was put on hold for over 10 minutes. The manager was unhelpful during the second call and blamed me for the mistake. When I asked for the owner's contact information, I was rudely dismissed and hung up on. I will not be returning to this establishment due to the extremely poor customer service and unqualified management.

Had not a papa pizza in months,been eating the 5 dollar ones.got the works best pizza, everything fresh,hot great pizza. Good job Toccoa poppa John's

The pizza was enjoyable, but not piping hot. I won't opt for delivery again. I typically tip 25% or more, but when you factor in an extra $4.99 for delivery and the fact that I only live 2 miles away, it's just not worth it. I suggest placing an order and picking it up yourself; it won't be any colder than if it were delivered, but it will be much more cost-effective.

Ordered a pizza at 6:00 this evening, for delivery. We are in a camp ground. Put address to camp ground, and specific instructions; ?last row 1/2 way down lot , and the camper brand? delivery driver comes, hubby is out side waiting, sees driver,driver looked right at him, and LEFT, didn?t get out and ask ?hey where?s lot ?? He just left. Hubby calls store back talks tomanager who tells him he will make another pizza and get it out to us in about and hour, mind you the first delivery had beenabout 45 minutes. 2, yes I said 2 hours later, it is now 8:50pm they finally show up, with a cold pizza. Let?s just say wewon?t be going back to Papa John?s anytime soon.

I used to order from this restaurant every week without any issues, but recently I've had some problems. I ordered a BBQ chicken kapadia and it was filled with sweet peppers, which I can't eat. I ended up getting sick after eating it. Tonight, I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which came without any BBQ sauce. I called and they sent out another one, but it was just as bad. It's disappointing that they skimped on such a cheap ingredient like sauce.
