Pizza Hut - Toccoa

Ran across a small issue and the manager went beyond to make things right.

Definitely the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to. The service and food were both great.

We placed an order online. It stated that it would be ready in 15 minutes. After our 20 minute ride there, we called and they said it would be right out. We waited 15 minutes and still no pizza. We called again and the gentleman said he was bringing it right out. Nope! We called again and a lady informed me that it had just came out of the oven. What?? Ok, not only has it been an hour since we placed the order but we were lied to also. If they were that far behind they should have said something. Very disappointed in our service. We will not be going back. When we got the pizza home, it was not good at all. My ham was so hard I couldn't even eat it.

My husband and I went there Friday night. They were so nice coming out to the truck to take our order and bringing it out to us. Great job!

Fresh pizza and nice clean salad bar. The only pizza place in town where you can eat in; others all pick up or delivery only. Good price on large specialty pizzas.
