Taco Bell - Toccoa

Normally I've never had any issues with this place, but the store manager Karen is very rude. I was asking for a Mexican pizza and she yells at me saying they're out and not to ask again. When I said it was okay but I didn't like the attitude andrudeness, she got even more of an attitude. Even the dude running the drive thru told me that the way she spoke to me was out ofline and he was sorry. At least he was nice

The drive throw girl was horrible..She had the worst attitude. It took us 20 plus minutes to get our food. And it wasn't right. Told her it wasn't all there she said are you sure 3 times after I pull the stuff out and showed her. Then walks away and took10 more minutes to even get two tacos and the young girl wasn't even the one who gave them to us. Had to ask for a receipt. Thecashier name one receipt said Erik J

This Taco Bell location is truly the worst in the area. My wife went to pick up dinner and ordered herself three servings of chips and cheese sauce, but when she got home, they only provided the cheese sauce and no chips. How are you supposed to eat cheese sauce without any chips?! We've had consistent problems with this location, such as forgetting our food or encountering rude employees. This place definitely needs to be shut down. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

I had the best experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell, and I've been to quite a few locations. The customer service was fantastic! And the food—let me tell you, it was the freshest, hottest, and most delicious Taco Bell meal I've ever had. I'm not exaggerating at all. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell!

Hooray! Taco Bell is finally improving! They have new employees who provided a warm welcome. The food was served correctly, and the cashier was fantastic! Thank you, Joni, for making my experience at Taco Bell the best! Excellent customer service!
