I don't know what this Roadside-Pollen-Asado stands, marinating her chicken in but holy SHI*T this grilled huh is delicious. I didn't even roast so much or BBQ chicken, and yet the chicken at the edge of the road in baja was possessed. chiqui was the best. super cheap it is about $6 8 usd for a whole huh, and it comes with tortillas, makkaroni salat, and salsas (a whole huh and fixins would be 4 6 meal times,) and they also sell chickens from the quarter/half, etc. I don't like cold pasta salad and yet is the food offered by this pollen stand. I highly recommend it.
As soon as they taste these chickens directly from the grill, they tend them again and again. the best grilled chicken everywhere, and they can get a whole, half or quarter part. These include a generous baptismal tortillas, makkaronisalat and tweepers, as the locals like to eat. for 120 pesos can feed a whole chicken for days. don't let the funky place fool you....it's so worth coming over. they even have delivery service! for meat lovers there are also grilled carne that they can also buy in the mass to take home.
This place is open at most days of the week from 11 o'clock to 17 o'clock. the only one on the menu is hühnerasada (think bbq huhn without the sauce. and it's grubbin! nothing nice here, only good eating for lunch or a snack in the afternoon. at a great price. at the rande of the inner city in a free piece.
We spent 3 days in todos santos and came here twice. I've been home for 5 days and I'm still going to get the hell of pollos asados chiqui! you get the juicy, tsarthetic huh at all and it comes with tortillas, plucked wobble, braided salate, paprika, salsa. and even mac and cheese!
Once you taste these chickens straight off the grill you'll crave them again and again. Best grilled chicken anywhere, and you can get a whole, half or quarter portion. They include a generous pile of tortillas, macaroni salad, and pickled onions...the way the locals like to eat. For 120 pesos, a whole chicken can feed you for days. Don't let the funky location fool you....it is so worth getting past that. They even have delivery service! For meat lovers, there's also grilled carne, which you can also buy in bulk to take home.
