Trattoria La Fontana - Tokushima

Perhaps the best Italian restaurant in Tokushima if not Shikoku area. As a tourist honest, this is the only Italian restaurant I visited during the trip. But this store easily overhauled many many pizza shops in Tokyo. It's a real pizza! Pizza is definitely the best of everything I enjoyed. But the appetizers and main dishes are also fantastic. The salad is fresh and the dressing is unique flavors like a kind of caeser Japanese remix. The stew is delicate and juicy, with a rich and deep taste. The only inconvenience for a tourist would be the menu. They're handwriting. If you can't read, you need some luck to find out what is. But that won't stop me from giving this beautiful store 5/5. It's not that easy.

Great Italian! Our favorites were vegetarian pizza, four cheese pizzas and desserts! The staff was so friendly and helpful. There is only one handwritten Japanese menu (so difficult for Google Translate), but they were happy to help us and offer recommendations. Very recommended!
