Falafel Brothers Ebisu - Tokyo

This famous islaeli fast food restaurant is located in Ebisu. The falafels are super crispy and you can choose from sandwiches, salad, and rice as a base. Fried renkon(Lotus root) is so yummy and you must try it WiFi is available and it's good for remote working with their vegan sweets

In any case, eating is very high quality and fresh as possible, weekly rotating toppings and a little uniqueness at each of the 3 standsites of the mini chain. I just tried the “Bruders Sandwich” that is a falafel filled Pita bomb, but it was great. the only problem is a classic that sits the liquid stops at the top or bottom so that the center where the falafel balls / discs actually sit and they want more moisturity is a little dry. but the aromes are out. Eating was absolutely delicious, but the music was so loud that I could hardly talk to my friend. I would come back absolutely because it was so good to eat, but not expecting a lot of a talk here.

The menu is very customizable. Like a vegan falafel Subway. I love that I can add lots of veggies and choose my sauce. Price is fair. Many locations with slightly different menus. Waffle fries are fantastic.

Christmas feast here was delicious! Always a reliable place to get something to eat! Definitely a must go place for anything falafel related! Main set up is either a falafel salad, pita or burger, however they have a variety of side dishes such as gyoza, karage, chill cauliflower bites and also a dinner menu with pizza. Easy access from Ebisu station also.
