This is a-track stuff where the Barman mixes the drinks and makes all vinyl selections - the vinyl case on the display for your ad! He's a lively one-man show. It is a place that blends well on both levels – the selection of songs/music and cocktails. Little Soul is not your typical O-cha highball or a choice of whisky, gin and rum type of place. Apparently specialized in rum, there is also a practical selection of gins in Little Soul. I love this place - the bar itself is made of wood, has a place for your feet and pocket at the foot of the bar, is illuminated and seats approx. 8. There is a small living area with sofa and a few chairs immediately to the right while you board. But try to sit at the bar--Little Soul takes you on a higher musical journey and you don't have to teach them how to make a simple classic like a negro. This place rocks, I mean, it has a lotta soul!
Little Soul Café is a real Gem. Nas hangs out here and so do we everytime were in Tokyo. This man has the largest soul record Collection in Asia.
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. The atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxed, you just feel happy as soon as you walk in. The owner clearly loves his job and always knows the best song to play. If you love music, don't miss it.
It's rare to find a casual bar like this in Japan with comfy sofas and great music. The ambience is really good lively but not too loud, great for chilling out with friends.
I know people go for the music but it's still slightly on the loud side. Cocktails are excellent and well priced. Bartender fun and friendly guy who obviously loves soul more than life itself.
