Feedback gevenThe vegan ramen is not very tasteful, but I am still glad it is an option!
My work is close. this is the next restaurant that I can get a vegan dish. it is only an option tofu-based rice noodles with many green crumbles. at least tasty. the personal is very friendly. they know me personally, so if I go there, I don't have to order. they only know what I want. the part is quite large for the Japanese standard but perfect for me. I'm sorry, can't give them 5 stars: the system does not allow, because not completely vegan or vegetarian, otherwise I would.
If they are in the opposite and really need something to eat, this place is good. the vegan option is a matcha-based suppe with an interesting tee taste. with fresh vegetables. the normal noodles contain a vegan will get reisnudeln. the part is great for 1,000 yen, but not something I want to eat again.
This is in Iidabashi/Kudanshita area of Tokyo. The options are limited for vegans and vegetarians in this neighborhood. Glad to find this place. The vegan ramen is green tea based soup (I didn't try this one.. The vegetarian ramen has a miso soup base. The soup was good. The noodles and vegetables on top were a little undercooked (Al dente noodles and raw veges basically). Overall, It was satisfying. Not exactly an authentic flavor of Japanese ramen but good in a unique kind of way. This restaurant apparently has a branch in New York City. Perhaps this is what New Yorkers would consider good ramen.
I'm sorry, but it wasn't my taste. I had expected I to ram, but what I actually ate is something else.
