Ovgo B.a.k.e.r Edo St - Tokyo

This is their best location in my opinion. I really like the flair of this shop and of course the baked goods. They're always coming up with seasonal items too, including drinks. I like chewy cookies best, so what I like to do is getting them for take-out and warming them up a bit at home ; Updated from previous review on 2024-07-30

Workers are super nice and speak English! Everything’s vegan and i had the best muffin I’ve ever eaten in my life there and I’m a bakery connoisseur! I got the strawberry cheesecake muffin, a chocolate brownie and a maple walnut cookie! Everything was delicious and the raspberry soda and pear sodas were yummy too!

(English follows Japanese) 去年のクリスマスシーズンにラフォーレ原宿にポップアップを出されていて、そこで買ったシュトーレンクッキーが美味しすぎたので、今回こちらの江戸通りのお店にもお邪魔しました。いろんな種類のクッキーがあって、選ぶのが大変。。。5種類を買って帰りましたが、どれも美味しくて満足です。お値段がもう少しお手頃だとなお良いのですが。3月にはラフォーレ原宿に3号店をオープンするそうなので、そちらにもぜひ行きたいと思います。 There was a pop-up of this store at Laforet Harajuku in the last Christmas season, and I bought Stollen cookies there. It was so delicious; thus this time I visited this shop on Edo st. There were so many different kinds of cookies, so it was hard to choose. I bought five kinds and was satisfied with all of them. They said they were opening their third shop at Laforet Harajuku in this March, so I will definitely visit the shop.

Really enjoyed the vegan cream cheese blueberry muffin! They don’t have anything that is not sweet, so only come here for dessert! Even the garlic pepper scone is sugary tasting, in typical Tokyo style, which didn’t do it for me, but the other options are great!
