Ordered rib tips. They sent breadsticks, yelled at me and hung up instead of trying to make it right. Was rude when I went in a last month. Delivery driver kept my change as a tip on top of the tip I gave him a few weeks ago and now this.

Ordered NY style pizza. The pizza that was delivered looked liked it had been dropped. The crust was no different from hand tossed. Even the order for regular coke came wrong. Tried to call and got out on hold then disconnected. Got a busy signal after that. Never order from there again.

The dessert pizza is usually why I pick this place . And it's never the same every time unfortunately: completely no icing on it like I have gotten in the past so I'm sad. The extra cooked bread isint all that tasty either.

I called to place a pick up order and the man who answered told me to hold on he set the phone down and never returned (was on hold over 4 minutes) I ended up driving to the store to place my order and when I told the woman at the counter about my experience on the phone she somewhat caught an attitude and said so do you want to place an order? Like no I drove here just to complain and go back home of course I do. Your workers need some training in phone etiquette and customer service

I am here on a business trip. The pizza was great, but our wings we order was so old and stale. It put me in mind of left over fried chicken wings warmed up in the microwave.
