We visited for breakfast on our anniversary and requested mimosas, which they didn't have. However, Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we were able to enjoy them. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! (P.S. Michelle definitely deserves a raise!)
My sister and I stayed at the hotel last night, so we decided to have brunch at Bring House this morning. The restaurant was very beautiful, with great lighting and comfortable booths. We ordered lattes, which were not the best I have had but still satisfactory. I ordered the Southern Boy Delight, which consisted of sausage gravy over biscuits, fried egg, and a side of breakfast potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. My sister opted for the eggs Benedict with a side of a la carte biscuits and gravy. There was some confusion because the paper menu and online menu listed the side as $3, but we were charged $7 on the bill, which was a bit misleading. The portion size was the same as my biscuits and gravy, making it a better deal to order that instead of paying $7 for breakfast potatoes, as that was the main difference between the two. Our waiter was pleasant, and overall we had a pleasant dining experience at the restaurant and hotel.
Amazing brunch! **** Mary bar was great. Food out of this world. Seafood eggs and blt were delicious. Great river views and cool vibe made it a great experience. Valet parking was a nice treat. Costs $10, but nice. Will be back!
Our family met at Brim House, downtown Toledo for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time. They had a special menu for the day. We had a meal choice of vegetarian or regular. It was a five course meal. Here are three pictures roasted turkey roulade, corn bread waffle and dinner rolls. We also had yam croquette and warm bacon (grilled pork belly) salad. The vegetarian food was smoked tofu and roasted apple toast. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was classy urban New York vibe. It has large picture windows overlooking the plaza (outdoor skating rink which was closed for the day) and the river. A very clean restaurant and restrooms. We paid $36 per person for the Thanksgiving meal. It was worth it.
I recently enjoyed a chef's tasting dinner that was absolutely amazing. The meal was completely vegan, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The chef took the time to visit each table and discuss the dishes, as well as the inspiration behind them.
