Chili's Grill & Bar - Toledo

Our visit was very good and we had a great server. I asked for fries without seasoning them and they came out perfectly. The whole order was perfect except that our server told us that my favorite dish, the original chicken brothers go from the menu at the end of October 2022. She said they'd only have the crispy chicken brothers now. This is disappointing to me because I once had the crispy chicken brothers, they were more dry and chewing. Maybe I have a bad batch, and I will definitely try it again, but I'm very sad to see the original warrior who leaves the chili menu.

That was a great experience. We had the best waiter. He was very attentive to all his tables and he was clean. His name was Brydan. To the big waiter, the food was also excellent.

Excellent food and service. There was a big table with a ton of children next to us and our server made an amazing work, even keeping them busy. We love their egg rolls and the chips and salsa are two to very few.

Had a wonderful lunch with such good options... everything was delicious!! Our service was great even tho they train a new server and the hostess actually on to make sure everything was together and warm... very happy with chili's!!!

Came to this location for the first time and have returned on another occasion. The first time we had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and seat us. The restaurant was virtually empty. After being seated things picked up. The server on both occasions was very nice and attentive. Most of the food has been pretty good with a couple misses like the dry ribs which could be improved and the shrimp tacos were cold. The only warm item was the shrimp. The toppings were too cold along with the tortillas. Not as good as I hoped. Other than that the steak was very tender, chicken Alfredo pasta was good, brisket quesadillas were my husband's favorite, good fries, skillet queso hot and flavorful and great batter on the chicken crispers. We plan on returning again.
