City Egg - Toledo

This place is very low-human contact. It's more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. Order on a kiosk, watch a screen or listen for them to call your name when the food is ready. I had the spinach and portobello mushroom omelet with hash browns. Bring your own seasoning, as it is not flavorful at all.Food: 1/5

Went for brunch with the family. Food was delicious and served very quickly. The decor and atmosphere were great as well. Will definitely be going back again.Kid-friendliness: Menu choices for all ages and tastes

Very nice place. Friendly people. Went twice this last weekend. Once our order was wrong, but still good. If we are in town again, we would go there again.

Friendly and super fast service. Ordered premium bacon for extra cost and it was chewy and yucky. Eggs were cooked perfectly over medium. Kind of costly for breakfast. Was very clean.Food: 3/5

We visited City Egg while on a visit to Toledo. It is walking distance from many of the downtown hotels. They have a really cool concept where you place your order on a kiosk and find yourself a seat. There are TV screen displays to show you where your order is in the process. Your name is announced when your order is ready. It was smooth and easy. The food was amazing and the restaurant was extremely clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you visit downtown Toledo!!
