Dairy Queen - Toledo

Waited 20 minutes to order. Took longer for food than food was wrong . Not enough workers for establishment . Employees over worked . I mean Close either lobby or drive threw .

Their employees are always very very slow. . the food is pretty good though if your lucky to get it while it's still fresh.

This was the last straw. We will no longer be eating at Dairy Queen ever again. The food was very overcooked and we had to wait for about 20 minutes after we ordered.

The store was really busy with lots of people waiting in line. No big deal, except they had two registers. The worker would take the order, but not take the payment and help the next customer. They would go off, make one item, bring it to you, then go backto make another item, and repeated the process until our group of seven got all of our treats. Then they would cash us out. Thishappened for the other register as well. UTTER INEFFICIENTCY! I've never seen a DQ operate this way.

Stopped in to get some Blizzards. They were amazing and nice and thick! Definitely recommend stopping by to get a sweet treat.
