Every time I have been to Glendale Nutrition, I’ve had an amazing experience. The team is amazing and so friendly. I love walking into the door to a huge “good morning” or “hello” with smiles on everyone’s faces. And the teas and shakes are SOOOOO GOOD! If you're in search of a friendly spot to enjoy a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner, look no further! The mega tea bombs are absolutely delicious. I tried the strawberry dream, and it was fantastic. The meal replacement shake was thick and creamy—definitely a step up from the watery, unappetizing shakes you find at some places. I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake! The space is brand new and impeccably clean. Rene, the small business owner, is incredibly kind and full of energy. Glendale Nutrition gets a perfect score of 10/10!

The staff is fantastic—very friendly and always remembers you, making you feel like part of the family. Their teas are exceptional and provide an amazing boost of energy. I'm currently enjoying exploring the shake menu, and my favorite so far is the Coconut Crush. I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
