I truly enjoy the chicken sandwich; I specifically go there just for it.

I had the worst chicken experience ever at this restaurant. The flavor was terrible, and I suspect the oil was old. I initially ordered a crispy chicken combo but switched to the original combo because I couldn't handle the taste. Unfortunately, the flavor remained disappointing, likely due to the oil. I will never visit this branch again—I’d rather go to Popeyes!

Additionally, the service was lacking. One of your employees was sitting on his phone and took several minutes to even acknowledge my son and me when we came to pick up our order. I recommend reviewing your camera footage to see how things were handled. I’ll be reaching out to corporate headquarters to share my experience, and I’ve let everyone I know that I won’t be returning. It might be time to reevaluate how you treat your staff and the quality of your food, or consider closing down this location.

The customer service was excellent! The dining area was clean, but it seemed that some of the food might have been past its expiration date. Nevertheless, it was still edible.

I placed my order in advance. The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru line moved quickly. I had a big order, and the only item they forgot was the biscuits. Given the circumstances, that's a win in my book!
