Mancy's Ideal - Toledo

We chose to sit at a high table in the bar area and enjoyed the fantastic ambiance and great service. The food was delicious and the wine selection was impressive. The dessert menu was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a casual night out!

I find it interesting that you are requesting a review. I had made a reservation but when I arrived at the restaurant for dinner, it was closed. Very disappointing experience.

This was our first time dining here and the food was great, however, the service left something to be desired. It seemed like our server was having an off night as everyone in our section was complaining to the manager. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, but it took over 15 minutes to receive our drinks and after 40 minutes, we had to flag down our server to ask about our appetizer, which she said the kitchen was still preparing. It took another 15 minutes for our appetizer to come out with our dinners. Our dinner order was slightly incorrect, but I believe it was due to the server writing it down incorrectly rather than the kitchen's fault. We weren't checked on after receiving our food and the server only came back when we asked for the bill. The food was delicious, but we were not very impressed with the service. We hope that if we go again, things will be different.

Wait 15 minutes and our appetizer came with our dinner. The order of dinner was a bit messed up, but I think the server wrote it wrong and wasn't the kitchens mistakes. Never been checked after the meal to see how we did it came back when we asked for the bill. Food was great I'm just not sure how impressed we were with the service. Hoping, when we go back, things will be different.
