Mcdonald's - Toledo

The food was good and fresh overall. I would rate it four stars because they forgot to include two items that we had ordered in our bag.

This is the only McDonald's I visit. The food is consistently hot, and the staff is friendly. At other nearby McDonald's locations, I've found the food to be cold, and the service is often rude.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. There was a mistake with my order, and they refused to let me exchange it for the correct item. The manager allowed an employee to yell at me, even after I explained that I was the general manager at my own workplace. It's clear that the staff is not being properly managed, which is disappointing.

When my wife confronted them about it, the staff was extremely rude and even threw food at her through the window. I strongly advise against going here. Food rating: 1/5.

The trip thru takes 20 to 30 minutes in the morning. Your gracious the staff who show up. comes regularly. Food: 4/5
