Olive Garden - Toledo

We were very disappointed with our experience today. Our waitress never refilled our drinks after taking our order or throughout the entire meal. My mother and I ordered the floorless bread, the salad, and the soup, and when we asked another server for a refill on our salad, she said our waitress was aware of our request. Unfortunately, our waitress returned five minutes later carrying drinks for another table, but didn’t bring us any refills despite us waiting patiently and even having to interrupt another waitress who was serving her own table. Our waitress seemed quite unenthusiastic, which added to our frustrating experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Our waitress was fantastic! we had a great experience. eating was good and everyone was very helpful. Despite the big party that came in right in front of us, we were sitting almost immediately. not complaining. I'm going to visit this place. food: 5/5

I picked up a large order for a business event, and I was impressed with the service. The server who loaded the order into my car provided excellent customer service. The food was well-packaged, and it was tasty overall. However, there wasn't quite enough Alfredo sauce for the chicken Alfredo, and the meat sauce for the spaghetti could have been more generous. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Our waitress was friendly, but the service was extremely slow! We waited 45 minutes to start eating. She served my daughter's soup while my other child waited for her meal for 20 minutes. Several people who arrived after us received their food much quicker. We repeatedly asked about our last dish, and were told they were working on it! By the time she brought it out, we had already finished our meals. The waitress also brought me a bowl to take home. We asked for a box for the leftover meal. Overall, it was the worst visit we've had, and it may be a long time before we return. We were celebrating my birthday, and this was the restaurant I chose.

Great meal. Went right at 5pm got a table right away. Only negative was one dirty side dish and a cup full of lemons had lipstick on it. Food and service were awesome. Clean dishware woulda got a 5 star review.Food: 5/5
