Feedback gevenUsed to not be very good but it has improved a lot. The staff is very friendly and the food is good and pretty fast. In the past there had been long drive through waits (45Min with no line for just a shake? but I have not had any bad experiences in the past couple months since they got new management.
The load is sticky and dirty. workers are rude and lazy. good was terrible. mugs that are shooking in holes in the floor. many fly in the restaurant. all about a terrible experience.
Normally good, however I just order three meals and the amount of fries in each one could all together fit into one container. Kinda sad. Photo is straight out of the bag.
Since reopening, a few months ago I went in. Used to come all of the time with my son when he was a kid. When we came in, the tables were dirty. I took it upon myself to look for a cleaning rag and wipe it down myself. The bucket I found was full of murky brown water. Our food came out soggy and incorrect. Today my friends and I decided to come. One had never had it, and I thought why not give them the benefit of the doubt'. They didn't close til 8, we were there at 730. No one noticed we were there until our order went through. It was 750. We then waited until 8:15/8:20 to get our food. In which, I saw a few flies flying around the kitchen where they were cooking. When we got home, we realized one of the burgers was missing a patty, the Frisco melt didn't have sauce and the third burger had an earwig in it. I wish I would have gotten the picture before she threw it away, but she was so disturbed I didn't get a chance. We all have immediately lost our appetite. Didn't finish our food and lost $28.63 on food that was beyond disgusting and disturbing, and with bad service at that. We will never eat at this place again. I will encourage anybody and everybody to never eat there. Good luck. Don't forget to leave the bugs out of the food.
In the past, this was a great place to go for good food and friendly staff. Our most recent visit will be our last. You walk in, no one even acknowledges you are. This was our first time with the new ordering system, with no one to address our questions, so you just hope you have ordered correctly. You try to find a clean place to sit and eat; that was not happening. It is pretty sad when your restaurant is not full, and as a patron, you have to clean off your own table. The least thing they could do, is have a container of wipes available for us to use. Then after all this frustration, you food quality has severely changed. All I can say is, don't waste your time.
