Two times I ordered from Wendy’s via the mobile app just to get to the restaurant and have them tell me they’re not open (due to short staffing which is understandable) however… they never canceled my orders, and both times I was charged for them. It is impossible to get your money back from the local restaurant or corporate; I’ve tried multiple times.

Good Food And Decent Prices On Most Things. When they changed their Chicken, they raised the price significantly. They need to lower the price, or make the Chicken the way that they used to ???

Food never ready w hff en I get there I do door dash and I always have to wait at least 15 20 mins and it's always something they dont have

I ordereda classic chicken sandwich and a small frosty, no on else inside or in the drive through so they weren't busy .i got a classic chicken sandwich with nothing on it.real classic !! Wheres the lettuce and tomatoe and pickles? Called to complain and got no answer.i will go elsewhere next time.....
