Wendy's - Toledo

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in drive-thru. wait over 20 minutes.

He waited 10 minutes in the dining room and no one has confirmed us at all. manager, who walk around, don't even make eye contact. but the door was recognized immediately, got their commands and left. from what I've heard, because it's a terrible wendy from service to food. someone has to clean home and start fresh!

Drive through is backed up, so people are going in and it isn't any better. Here for a couple frostys. Twenty minutes later and we haven't ordered yet.

I used the drive through. Ladies were very nice and my order was fresh and correct. No complaints here!

Wendy's has gone down hill! This place isn't helping. Manager served me, and yet the food quality sucked, and wasn't even close to pleasant.
