We were served an undercooked chicken sandwich during our visit. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he insisted that it was meant to be juicy rather than addressing the issue. Upon inspecting the sandwich at home, we confirmed that the chicken was indeed undercooked; it was still slimy and tough. We are extremely disappointed, especially since we've been loyal customers. The manager present that evening (Male, March 4, 2023, at 6:00 PM) consistently dismissed our concerns about food safety. I'm baffled by this response, as it wouldn’t have taken long for him to check the meat himself, yet he refused to do so. The unprofessional conduct we experienced was disheartening. I cannot recommend this restaurant, and if you choose to dine here and receive undercooked food, I suggest posting photos to alert others.
