Small but historic pizzeria in the center of Tolentino, the pizza on the plate has a particular dough, usually called pizza al testo, because it is not very thin but crumbly, however very tasty and digestible and with generous seasoning. Polite and friendly staff. The tables are in the same room as the takeaway sale, so there is a little movement. Food: 5
