Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Tolleson

Staff was very unfriendly. No greeting when I walked up to the counter. Waited forever to get my food. Then to find that I had missing items from my order when I got home and my meat was scraps . I called the location they picked up and hung up the phone right away binstead of answering. I called back a second time and the phone constantly rang. My overall experience this one time I decided to visit under new ownership was absolutely horrible. I will never go back to that particular location ever.

Never ate there before, but I saw they made fried okra and decided to go. Their okra is really yummy and they give a huge amount for the side. The brisket was really good, and the chicken was juicy and tender. I'm glad I went here. It made me happy to eat food that I miss from the south. And their sweet tea is really sweet tea.

Staff was friendly. The brisket was horrific! The texture and taste was like it sat out for days; dry and tough to chew.

Food is always amazing but at my last trip in the manager on shift interrupted the employee taking my order to make the employee call him a bad kitty after pawing the register tape to the floor. Said employee looked terribly embarrassed.

I received the wrong DoorDash order. (Couldn't eat it anyway b/c I'm gluten intolerant) please double check the food and receipt.... It's really annoying to have to tip a DoorDash driver twice. (This isn't DoorDashes fault since the food is sealed with receipt on the outside, there's no way they couldn't have known it wasn't my order). I also tried to call to make them aware they don't answer their phone.
