Mcdonald's - Tolleson

The truth is said that this location needs co-workers. I can't be angry that it took like a good 30-45 minutes to get a medium frit, two ice cone and a big ice cream because they saw how they did what they could best with the workers they had.

I ordered a cold coffee and a hot coffee to go. Upon entering the restaurant, I realized that my ice cream had fallen off and I had not requested any drizzle. I asked for extra caramel syrup, and the lady manager instructed a regular employee to add six more pumps of caramel. However, the employee's attempt did not fully fill the cup or add any ice. Another employee stepped in to remake my coffee and did an excellent job. I regret not knowing his name, but he was a talented young man with a great attitude.

The people who work here are friendly, but often we have to move forward from the drive-thru to wait for our order. also, check them before they drive away, they tend to get their order wrong.

Awful experience with Uber Eats pickup. I waited for an hour in the drive-thru. McDonald's should have staff bring orders out to cars. If I encounter another long line at any McDonald's, I will cancel my order. The staff were not efficient.

It is always extremely slow even when you place a mobile order! they make you park even for a coffee! it is always my last resort to go to that specific mcdonalds.
