If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The staff was incredibly rude, and they messed up our order while trying to blame us for it. Despite being very clear about what we wanted, they insisted we didn't know how to order. The taco we received, which cost nearly $3, was practically empty. When we returned the food, the staff even asked for the condiments back (apparently not realizing that it would come out of their own profits), leaving us to eat the rest of our meal without any sauce. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, as it's clear that if they make a mistake, it will somehow be your fault for not simplifying your order enough for them.

The best drowned cakes in Arizona! If you're looking to experience Jalisco, this is the spot! Everything is amazing. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

The tortas ahogadas and crispy tacos are very good, and the service is excellent as well. I've been coming here for several years whenever I'm in Phoenix.
