Bonefish Grill - Tollgate

On Sunday, I made a request by phone to be searched by curbside, and they told me that it was 25 minutes, I reached 35, I called and they told me that they had already taken it, 10 more minutes passed and we called again and we were told that the Order was not ready, 25 more minutes passed, they delivered the order, and when we got home, the order was not as we had requested and everything was really cold, so I do not understand, but we were very disappointed this time, and we are from go frequently to this site.

My husband and I just left out of this place. Horrible experience. Jeff was our waiter and at first he made jokes and served our drinks. Fine. But then we were wondering when he will take our order. We felt like he totally forgot about us. We paid our drinks and left. Jeff tired to explain himself but it should not be explained. Manager was did not even apologize. Just asked how we can come back here next time. He seemed like he did not care too much since they were about to close. I use to go here with my mom. But we are not coming back. Thanks to Jeff and the manger for a fantastic experience.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for over 20 years! We love the service and consistency of the food! We love the staff Lauren, Lece, Michelle, Mary, Alex, Kiara. Beatrice, Sasha, and more but today We wanted to acknowledge the Manager Chris who exceeded our expectations when our very dear friend was deathly ill and made a mess at the table twice and Chris cleaned up after her with empathy and professionalism! My friend ended up having emergency surgery appendicitis all went well but the way Chris made her feel was amazing and comfort her in her embarrassment and made her feel much better.Thank you Chris for making such an uncomfortable situation feel so much better!We will never forget how you handled it and made us feel so comfortable!Looking forward to many more dinners at this Bonefish location!

Jef is an amazing server! He’s made our experience spectacular. It is our first time at this location and he gave us the best recommendations!! So happy we’re definitely coming back
